I am very excited to start this new blog today, specially designed for you.
The purpose of this blog is to offer you the possibility to have a new platform of communication, of exchange of ideas and of inspiration for all. Regularly, I will post some messages on the blog. These messages will be related to the life of the bank (new staffs, change in branches, etc.), some of our current problems (ELO drop out, a floods, etc.) as well as other general topics of interest to all of us. For each of these messages, you will have the possibility to respond through the "comment" link below the message.
This is a new media for communication between us. It does not replace any of the other ways we have to communicate (e.g. phone, email, weekly branch meeting minutes, etc.), it rather offers us the possibility to add a new way of exchanging ideas.
